一般的な釣り船のスタイルは、釣れる場所（漁場）に連れて行って指定された仕掛けやオモリなどを使い、釣果を追い求めますが、ナシレラスターでは、お客様が行きたい場所（漁場）・船で海に出てやってみたい釣りを、ご要望に応じて船長が操船するスタイルです。
船長がガイドする、ではなく、”お客様自身と一緒に”魚群探知機などを見ながらポイントを開拓して「釣るまでのプロセス」も一緒に楽しもう！というコンセプトです。釣れる場所までガイドをして欲しいと考えている方よりも、釣る場所（漁場）から釣果まで、船長と一緒に追い求めたい方にぴったりです。
また、彼氏、彼女同士の貴重なデートコース、県外からの観光、外国の方の観光、海外からの旅行、釣りが身近にできない方、新潟市の方は普段見ているけど川、海からの景色を見てみたい、年配の方の思い出、釣り好きの水中を見たい！いつも行っているポイントのボトム見たい！ホエール、イルカウォッチング、クルージング、テレビ局、クルー、報道、ロケーション等の撮影、落水体験、海洋散骨（散骨のblogあります）など、いろいろなご要望にお答え致します！
